"My goal is to revolutionize construction project management by focusing on 4D ​simulation planning through the introduction of a mixed-methodology ​framework. This framework aims to cultivate a new breed of construction ​professional: the Virtual Construction Project Manager. By integrating both ​waterfall and agile approaches, learners gain a practical understanding of the ​distinctions between the traditional, sequential construction project (the 'parent') ​and the various sub-projects ('children') that may benefit from a more flexible, ​iterative, and collaborative management style.
